What will I do?

Look things up on the internet; work in a team; set up trips and negotiate with others. Visit the places chosen and arranged (e.g. parks, museums, Lords Cricket Ground).

Who is it for?

Anyone interested in finding information on the internet, exploring what is happening locally, and then going on trips. Literacy or numeracy skills are not essential - but desirable.

What will I get out of it?

Basic Computer skills and camera work, introduction to presenting own work/Powerpoint, confidence building, transport training. Make group decisions and socialise. Format: Week 1 - Exploring and researching ideas. Week 2 - Discussing and planning proposed trip. Week 3 - Setting up the chosen trip. Week 4 - The Trip. Week 5 - Documenting and telling the story of the day.
