What will I do?

Regular exercise as well as learn about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Experiment with different forms of exercise and use new equipment. Learn about routines, warm up, stretch, pilates and relaxation.

Who is it for?

The course has no barriers - everybody is welcome, regardless of fitness or ability.

What will I get out of it?

Learn to maintain or lose weight. Improve or maintain mobility. Create a personal fitness plan.
