Anyone who wants to improve their fitness and enjoys sport and active games and group activities.

What will I get out of it?

A personal exercise plan tailored over time. Plenty of encouragement to take part in activities and achieve goals. Monitoring of fitness goals. Increased self esteem. New ways to exercise and enjoy it. Be part of a team.
