Anyone regardless of age or fitness level can enjoy and benefit.

What will I get out of it?

Flexibility, strength, coordination, concentration and body awareness. It also promotes confidence and self-esteem and encourages calmness, breath awareness, cooperation and compassion. You could also develop a personal programme to practice at home.
