Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non - commercial use is prohibited with permission from Caritas St Joseph's. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

Accuracy of Content

Caritas St Joseph's has taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. All prices are displayed inclusive of Value Added Tax. Packaging may vary from that shown. Weights dimensions and capacities given are approximate but every care is taken to ensure the greatest degree of accuracy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on the monitor you are using, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colours of our product on delivery.

Availability

All product displayed on the website is subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Delivery Charges

We use this pdf as a guideline. Delivery Charges for larger items will be advised on purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us for advice.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of order

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Cancellation Right

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of goods.

Cancellations and Returns

You can amend your order or correct errors up to the point where you click edit on the final page of the ordering process.

If you wish to change your order after that, please contact us on +44 208 202 3999 (9.00am to 5.00pm Monday-Friday) and we will try to help you. If you amend your order, you may find that this may cause changes in the pricing and the delivery charges of your purchase.

If you wish to return goods for a refund, they must be returned in resalable condition at your cost.

For a "goodwill" refund (i.e. where there is no legal right to a refund or exchange under the Consumer Protection (distance Selling) regulations or otherwise) you can return any item for a refund, provided there is proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations or other regulations. Please note that goods must be returned at your expense.

Law, Jurisdiction and language

This website and all its content is governed by and construed to be in accordance with English Law and is within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
